This is where design meets physics. Our engineers pressure-test the concept against everything a real product has to survive: ingredient compatibility, shelf life, manufacturing feasibility. We put VIVOMER through tests to make sure it’s as robust as it needs to be. By the time a product leaves development, we know exactly how it will perform.

VIVOMER runs on existing plastic manufacturing equipment, including injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion. With over 8 million parts produced, every run passes the same QA and AQL checks to make sure that the products we deliver meet your specifications.

LOGISTICS
We’ve deliberately localised manufacture where we can, making it easier for your supply chain. Facilities in the UK, the EU and the US mean realistic retail launches and reduced lead times. Most brand partners are in market within about six months of our first call, and repeat orders within 12 weeks.
